Unlike conventional solutions on the market, the ProValve Lock impresses with its innovative design that not only ensures occupational safety in accordance with the strict requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, but also significantly reduces installation effort and associated costs. The ProValve Lock is available in two different sizes: ProValve Lock 1 for ball valves DN10 - DN25 and ProValve Lock 2 for ball valves DN25 - DN32.

Easy installation in just a few steps:
- The lower part of the ProValve Lock is pushed around the flange of the ball valve with light pressure.
- After locking the lower part, the upper part is securely mounted.
- The protruding part with the hole for the lock is installed against the direction of the ball valve and brought into position.
- When the two parts are pushed together, a distinct "click" is heard, confirming correct assembly.
